About Me

I'm a passionate CliftonStrengths certified coach dedicated to helping indviduals and teams leverage their unique set of talents to achieve exceptional personal and professional growth. With CliftonStrengths as the backbone of my work, I guide clients to understanding and maximizing their innate talents, resulting in increased performance, engagement and overall happiness. Originally from SC, I live in NYC with my husband and two kids.

Individual Coaching Sessions


These sessions are for individuals willing to invest in themselves and interested in taking time to learn about their talents. The guided conversation helps each client consider how to leverage their strengths in order to flourish by doing what they do best!


Team Coaching Sessions

Discover the ultimate team-building activity, Team Strengths Workshops. This interactive conversation expands your team’s knowledge of their own strengths and extends into learning and appreciating the strengths within the team.

Individual Coaching Offerings

One on one coaching provides the space and opportunity to learn about your talents and how to leverage them. During the one on one conversations, you will have the opportunity to focus on the areas you want to grow and develop to become an even stronger leader, manager, and/or employee. The goal is to craft a journey that will help you flourish in ways you have yet to achieve!

Initial one on one coaching: The initial session will provide a strong foundation of CliftonStrengths and the client’s themes.


Recommended: 1 hour


Frequency: Once; this is the initial session that becomes the foundation of the conversation


Continued Coaching Conversations: Building on the initial conversation, the next sessions deepens the knowledge of how your talents can be realized and utilized.


Recommended: 1 hour


Frequency: Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly


Team Coaching Offerings

Invest in your team to discover their talents and strengths. Encourage your team members to look introspectively and be thoughtful about how to reach goals and overcome challenges. The purpose of a team session is for team building but also, for the team to take a deeper-dive in appreciating their strengths and the valuable contributions that each person brings to the team.

Introduction to Strengths

With Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment as the foundation, this workshop will focus on the framework of CliftonStrengths and how it can be utilized by an individual and team.


Options:

  • A Short but Mighty Intro (75 min)
  • Meet in the Middle (2 hrs)
  • Half-Day Retreat (3.5 hrs)


Additional Team-Focused Workshops

Following the Introduction to Strengths, additional offerings are available to continue discussing ways Strengths can provide insights in working individually or as a team.
